Steps:
- LIne bowl with lettuce.
- Layer peas, chopped onion, and cheddar.
- Mix 1 cup mayo with 1/2 tblspn lemon juice. Spread on top.
- Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper, parmeson cheese, and bacon bits.
