Steps:
- 1. Brown the beef with onions and garlic. Add all ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a low simmer and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Depends on your desired consistency.
- 2. Stir in cooked drained macaroni. Taste and adjust seasonings. Heat through.
