Golden Mushroom Meatballs image

This recipe is so easy, I learned to make this as a kid. However, now that I am grown, its a family favorite...Its that good!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb ground beef (15 % fat)
1 egg, beaten
1 (6 ounce) box herb stuffing mix
1 cup quick-cooking long grain and wild rice mix
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
mashed potatoes

Steps:

  • Combine the beef, egg, stuffing mix, and rice in a large bowl. Mix until just comes together.
  • Divide into 12 equal parts, and form large meatballs. Place meatballs in 12x9" baking pan.
  • Pour undiluted soup over the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes.
  • Serve meatballs and gravy with mashed potatoes.
