Steps:
- Heat oil in 12" skillet on med-high. Add chick and cook 10 mins or until well-browned. Remove chicken and increase heat to high. Stir broth and other ingredients, heat to a boil and cook 5 mins. Add chick back in and cook on low until chicken is cooked and vegies are tender, about 12 mins.
