Goat Cheese Flatbread with Sujuk and Green Olive Tapenade image

Turkish sausage adds a salty, spicy bite to creamy goat cheese and bright green olive tapenade. A hot honey and whole grain mustard sauce tops it off. Sujuk is a Turkish, dry, spicy fermented sausage. It's quite delicious.
