This is my adaptation of my daddy's meatloaf. It is moist and flavorful and pure comfort food. I serve with mashed potatoes and a salad or vegetable.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cracker crumbs and bread crumbs together and pour 1 cup of half and half over the mix. Let set for 5-10 minutes to soak.
- 2. Add all remaining loaf ingredients to bowl and mix until well combined and uniform. Add additional half & half as needed until the consistency is very wet but still able to form a loaf.
- 3. Divide the mixture in half and place each in a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Form into even loaves.
- 4. Mix all glaze ingredients and pour half over each loaf. Bake for 45-60 minutes until juice runs clear. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
