- Combine sugar, syrup and mustard; use 3/4 cup glaze mixture to baste ham every 10 minutes for last 1/2 hour of baking. In saucepan blend remaining glaze mixture, cornstarch, and pineapple with juice over medium heat. Cook and stir until boils and thickens. Slice and serve ham with sauce
