GLAZED CORNED BEEF image

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 # corned beef brisket
1 cup orange marmalade-dark if possible
4 TB dijon mustard
4 TB brown sugar

Steps:

  • Place beef in large pot and cover with boiling water. Bring to a boil and lower heat, cover partially and simmer for about 3 hours until very tender when tested with a fork. Remover and drain. Place in roaster and cover with sauce mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until glaze is crisp and brown. Serve hot or at room temp.
