GINGERBREAD WITH APPLESAUCE image

2 1/2 c Flour
2c Brown Sugar
1c Marg or Butter (2 sticks)
1/2c apple juice
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamin
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1 8-oz jar applesauce
3 eggs
Whipping or heavy cream for whipped cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 Grease bundt pan Place all ingred in lg bowl On low speed, beat till well blended, scaping sides of bowl On high speed, beat 2 min Bake 1 hr, or til toothpick in ctr comes out clean Cool in pan Serve with whipped cream
