GINGER GARLIC GREEN BEANS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb. green beans, trimmed
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. grated, peeled ginger
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • 1. Cook beans in pot of salted, boiling water uncovered 6-7 minutes. Drain and plunge in ice bath. Drain and pat dry. 2. Mash garlic to paste with pinch of salt, and stir with soy sauce, ginger, vinegar and oils. 3. Add beans and toss; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
