Steps:
- 1. Cook beans in pot of salted, boiling water uncovered 6-7 minutes. Drain and plunge in ice bath. Drain and pat dry. 2. Mash garlic to paste with pinch of salt, and stir with soy sauce, ginger, vinegar and oils. 3. Add beans and toss; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
