Ginger and Scallion Raita image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 cups nonfat plain yogurt, whisked until smooth
1 1/2 tablespoons peeled minced fresh ginger
5 to 6 scallion, white and light green parts, minced
1 fresh green chili pepper, such as serrano, minced with seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1 to 2 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves

Steps:
