Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash, peel, core and quarter apples.
- 2. Spray a 9X9 dish with nonstick cooking spray. Separate dough and wrap 2 pieces of the apples with one piece of dough. Then place into prepared dish. Repeat until all of the apples have been wrapped in the dough.
- 3. Melt the butter in a medium size bowl or measuring cup, then add the zero calorie sweetener and stir until it dissolves, then add in the vanilla Bean paste, and stir again.
- 4. Pour the butter mixture over the apples and along the sides. sprinkle each apple dumpling lightly with cinnamon.
- 5. Now pour the can of ginger ale over the apples and along the sides. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly and serve as desired with Ice Cream or plain. ENJOY THIS QUICK EASY AND SIMPLE DESSERT.
- 7. I made this great tasting recipe on yesterday and added pecans to add an additional texture and taste and they were delicious. Great with French Vanilla Ice Cream.
