GIGOT A LA MONTARDE - HERB MUSTARD/LAMB image

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbls. Soy Sauce
1 Clove garlic crushed
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground rosemary
2 Tbls. Olive Oil

Steps:

  • Combine everything but olive oil in the base of your cuisinart, mix. Thru feeding tube drizzle in olive oil to make a mayonnaise like paste. Paint a 6 lb leg of lamb with mustard. Cover and refrigerate over nite. In roasting pan roast 30-35min per lb.@350 degrees. With pan dripping and left over marinade, make a sauce.
