GERMAN HAMBURGERS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lbs beef
1/4 c chopped onion
1 c finaly grated or chopped cabbage
DOUGH: 1 lbs flour
1 c. warm water or milk
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp salt
let rise 45 minutes

Steps:

  • DOUGH:mix and roll out thin and cut into squars. Fill and fold corners over and place folded side down. Bail chopped cabbage about 2 min. drain. cook beef and onion together until brown. Add cabbage and mix well. Put aprox 1/2 c mixture in center of yeast dough. Let rise about 45 minutes. bake at 375 until dough is brown. serve with cheese sauce.
