Garlic Zoodles Pasta image

This is an amazing, delicious, and healthier dish. My whole family enjoys it, and it is ready in less than 20 minutes! Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic powder, or more to taste
8 zucchini, spiralized
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine olive oil, onion, and garlic powder in a skillet over medium heat and heat until oil starts to sizzle, about 3 minutes. Add zoodles and toss with pasta tongs. Cook for 5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  • Stir in tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
