I never liked spinach (or any other greens) when I was growing up. I cannot understand why because I love it now. I can't remember when I started adding garlic to mine but I've been doing it for many years. Lol, it seems like I can't cook without garlic and onions....

- 1. Heat oil in medium pot, when hot, add spinach and chopped garlic. Cook until wilted but not mushy, about 7 to 10 minutes.
