- Chop Onion and Garlic
- Cut vegetables into edible pieces, brush with olive oil sprinkle with salt and pepper, bake at 400 degrees till tender, about 7 to 12 minutes, shaking midway. Move to aside.
- In a large pan add butter, Garlic and Onions, cook until nicely brown. Cook til nicely brown.
- Add broth and chopped rosemary. Increase heat and reduce by half.
- Bring a pot to temperature and cook pasta till tender.
- Add Pasta and t tablespoons of cooking water to butter mixture.
- Add cheese, tablespoon of butter and vegitable.
- Gently toss and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve and enjoy.
