Garlic Parmesan Cabbage image

I love cabbage. always looking for a new way to use it. There are so many things you can serve this with, or things you can add to it.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 clove garlic, minced
1 red onion, finely sliced
8 c green cabbage, shredded
3/4 c shredded parmesan
garlic salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • 2. Add garlic and red onion cook until translucent.
  • 3. Add cabbage and cook until wilted.
  • 4. Add parmesan and season to taste with garlic salt and pepper. Serve warm.
