Garlic & Herb Sweet And Savory Spread image

This is a delicious cracker spread that carries a big punch of flavor. It is savory and sweet from the apple and the bacon. It's great for snacks or parties! This delightful spread will keep your taste buds wanting to come back for more!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 - 8oz philadelpha garilc & herb
1 pound(s) sweet point peppers(use two, red, yellow and orange) diced
1 - large red apple peeled and diced
1 package(s) smithfield fully cooked bacon cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup(s) red onion
2 tablespoon(s) chopped cilantro
1/2 cup(s) shredded monterey jack cheese
3 tablespoon(s) hidden valley yogurt dressing cucumber dill
- salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Add cream cheese to a medium bowl.
  • Add peppers and onion and combine
  • Fold in the bacon and Cilantro and cheese.
  • Add the apple and the dressing and combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with assorted crackers! Can always use the extra spread to stuff the rest of your sweet peppers! Makes another delightful snack or party favor!
