Garlic Herb Butter Crusted Tuna w Truffle image

You can use any herbs you want. The garlic can get a little burnt. I just scrapped it off. If you want to use garlic powder that would work too. The truffle oil tastes so good on it just don't overdue it. It can overpower the dish.

  • Mix the garlic, rosemary & thyme together. Sprinkle salt on the tuna. Slather one side of the tuna with the butter mixture.
