- Heat a skillet with coconut oil over medium heat. Add the firm white pieces of bok choy and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add the green pieces, ginger, garlic, and season with sea salt. Continue sautéing until the garlic is fragrant and the bok choy is vibrant in color. Remove from heat and serve immediately with coconut aminos on the table as an optional addition.
