Super fast and easy sauce that takes less time then the pasta.

Steps:
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until almost al dente.
- While spaghetti is cooking. Add the oil and butter to a large pan big enough to hold the spaghetti. Add the garlic and cook 1 minutes. Do not let it burn. Add the wine and let most evaporate. Add the basil. Cook 2 minutes. Add the spaghetti and about 1 cup pasta water and stir.
- Add the cheese and cook until melted. Let sit for a couple of minutes until the pasta has absorbed all the fluid. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with cheese.
