Garden Coleslaw image

I am getting ready for spring and this is a very good coleslaw for spring and summer celebrations.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 cup(s) shredded cabbage
1/4 cup(s) chopped green pepper
1 - green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the cabbage, pepper and onion. Combine the remaining ingredients; add to cabbage mixture and toss to coat. This only makes about 4 servings so you may want to double the recipe. Very tasty!!
