No one likes a smelly trash can. This is a simple, cheap way to remedy that.

Steps:
- 1. Mix and work out all the lumps with a fork.
- 2. Sprinkle bottom of pail after liner is removed.
- 3. Periodically rinse the pail with vinegar and water and let it dry in the sun.
