5-6 Fuyu Persimmons, peeled as best you can
Fresh grated Ginger
Chopped Mint
Lemon Juice
Green Onion, Minced
Salt
Rice Vinegar
Hot Peppers or Sauce as desired

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in food processor and puree until salsa consistency. Add amounts to taste until flavors are balanced.
