This is a fun little snack to make when the kids are stuck inside because of bad weather, for birthday parties or just for the fun of it. They an even help make it. Number Of Ingredients 10

6 c honeynut or frosted cheerios
1 c animal crackers, plain or frosted
1 1/2 c small pretzel twists
1 1/2 c cheese crackers or goldfish
1 c raisins (plain or yogurt covered) or dried cherries or cranberries
1 c honey roasted peanuts
SPECIAL ADDITIONS:
teddy grahams, honey or chocolate
bite-size peanut butter or cheese filled crackers
chocolate coated candies

Steps:

  • 1. Combine everything together in a large bowl and stir to mix well.
  • 2. Store in an airtight container.
  • 3. These are great for party snacks served in sugar ice cream cones or small party cups. A fun thing to do at halloween is to fill clear plastic gloves (the kind used in food service) and tie the wrist area with orange and black ribbon. Kids love them.
