Fudgy Brownies image

Number Of Ingredients 11

BROWNIES
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
GLAZE
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon margarine or butter

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In small saucepan, melt chocolate and 1/2 cup margarine over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat cool 10 minutes or until slightly cooled.2. In medium bowl, combine sugar, vanilla and eggs beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt and chocolate mixture blend well. Spread in greased pan.3. Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 38 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.4. In small saucepan, melt glaze ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cooled brownies. Let stand until set.
