1 recipe - 2 English muffins, split
8 ounces (1 container) pineapple yogurt
3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
3/4 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

  • Lightly toast the English muffin halves in a toaster.
  • Spread each English muffin half with pineapple yogurt. Top each half with strawberries and pineapple.
  • Serve while English muffins are still warm.
