My Mom used to make this for us at breakfast time and I remembered it while cooking for some clients. I jazzed it up a bit and it was a real hit! Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pear, diced
1 green apple, diced
1 red apple, diced
1 banana
1/4 pomegranate
orange juice
2 pinch garam masala or cardemom

Steps:

  • 1. Dice all fruit except the pomegranate and mix together
  • 2. Divide fruit in 2 pretty desert bowls.
  • 3. Pour orange juice over fruit until you can see it in the bowl.
  • 4. Add a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds over the top.
  • 5. Dust a pinch of whichever seasoning you are using over the top and serve!
