Fruit Salad with Cinnamon-Honey Yogurt image

Creamy yogurt, with a touch of honey and cinnamon added for sweetness gives this fruit salad a protein boost. The prebiotics from the fruit and the probiotics from the yogurt work hand in hand to promote healthy gut bacteria (and not to mention make for a filling snack).

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of kosher salt
1 cup halved strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana, peeled and sliced

Steps:

  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Toss with strawberries, blueberries, and banana. Serve, sprinkled with more cinnamon.
