Fruit 'N Cake Kabobs W/ Cheesecake Yogurt Dip image

You can use any fruit in this....I just listed a few possibilites.

DIP:
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, low fat, room temperature
8 ounce(s) greek yogurt, plain, fat free
2 tablespoon(s) pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup(s) sugar
FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS:
14 ounce(s) angel food cake or pound cake, cut into 1" cubes
- assorted berries
- grapes, seedless, red, green &/or purple
- peach pieces
- banana chunks
- pear pieces
- mandarin orange pieces
- kiwi chunks
- honeydew melon
- cantaloupe melon
- watermelon

Steps:

  • DIP: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla & sugar. Mix well until sugar dissolves; set aside.
  • FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS: Thread assorted fruit & cubes of cake onto each skewer, alternating fruit pieces & cake. Place finished skewers on a platter & refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Serving Size: 1 skewer, 1 tbsp dip
