Fruit Cup with Lime Syrup image

Mango, kiwi, and pineapple are enhanced with a little lime syrup for a tangy, and not incidentally yellow and green, fruit salad.

Yield Makes 20 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (3 1/2-pound) extra-sweet pineapple, quartered lengthwise, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 firm-ripe large mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
6 kiwis, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3 cups green seedless grapes (1 pound), halved
1/2 cup lime syrup (with or without green food coloring)

Steps:

  • Toss together all ingredients and chill, covered, at least 1 hour.
