Eat your vegetables and put all your fruit in this Smoothie. Any meal would be great with this smoothie. This recipe is for (Time after Time ) drinks.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) sliced peaches
1 can(s) chunk pineapple
1 can(s) fruit cocktail
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 c mandrain oranges, drained
2 bananas

Steps:

  • 1. Drain juice from peaches, pineapples, and fruit cocktail and use to mix the puddings. (DO NOT) use mandrain juice for this. Then mix the fruit into the pudding
  • 2. Add the sliced bananas before serving
  • 3. Diabetics can use the sugar- free fruit and puddings.
