This frozen treat makes a perfect summertime snack for the kids and adults alike. Packed with healthy fruits, it's a nutritious way to cool off on a hot day. It's simple enough that the kids can help you make them.

2 ripe peaches - peeled, pitted, and chopped
2 bananas, sliced
1 ½ cups seedless red grapes
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
100 (3-ounce) bathroom plastic cups
1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle tropical juice blend (such as V8 Splash®)

Steps:

  • Toss peaches, bananas, grapes, blueberries, and strawberries together in a large bowl.
  • Fill plastic cups halfway with peach mixture. Top with tropical juice, leaving some room at the top for expansion. Freeze until solid, 8 hours to overnight.
