- Whip 1 cup cream and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream the cream cheese. Add in sour cream, heavy cream, and water. Mix well. Stir in pudding powder and blend well.
- Fold into whipped cream until well mixed.
- Using a pastry bag with a star tip, pipe Hershey sized kisses onto a sheet pan covered with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Place in freezer until solid, then store in container in freezer.
