Frozen Black Russian image

This is a rich and simple dessert. A little goes a long way. But somehow I keep going back for more...

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 - 1.4 oz sugar free chocolate jello pudding mix
2 cup(s) cold milk
5 ounce(s) vodka
3 ounce(s) kahlua

Steps:

  • Pour pudding into a mixing bowl. Add milk and follow box instructions for soft set pudding.
  • Add vodka and Kahlua and stir well to incorporate.
  • Pour mixture into a freezer-safe plastic container (the flatter the better as it allows the pudding mixture to freeze faster and is easy to scoop). Freeze overnight. Use a cookie scoop to scoop into bowls.
