Frosted Salad image

pineapple, could add coconut or pecans

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 box lemon jello
2 c boiling water
2 c 7 up
1 can(s) crushed pineapple
1 c miniature marshmallows
2 large sliced bananas
TOPPING
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 c pinapple juice
1 large egg slightly beaten
2 Tbsp butter
1 c whipped topping, frozen thawed

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in soda. Chill until partially sets jello. Drain Pineapple, save juice for whipped topping. Fold pineapple, marshmallows and bananas into jello. pour in 7x12 oblong glass dish. Chill until firm
  • 2. Topping mix together topping and spread on jello
