Steps:
- Heat 3 tsp of butter or oil in large frying pan and sauté garlic until transparent. Combine the onion with the meat, eggs, bread, salt, pepper and allspice and shape into 12 balls. Heat the remaining butter or oil in the frying pan and brown the frikkadels a few at a time for 5 min on one side. Turn them over and brown the other side. Then turn down the heat slightly and continue cooking the frikkadels for 10 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, onion and tomato sauce
