This turkey was fried without oil in a infra-red fried turkey fryer. It was so moist and flavorful, just unbelievable.

Steps:
- If you have a frozen turkey, thaw, rinse and pat turkey dry with paper towels. Rub outside of turkey liberally with EVOO. Inject turkey with marinade and place in infa-red turkey fryer. NO oil needed. Cook for 10 minutes per pound or by your fryer's instructions. Remove from fryer and let rest in cage container for 30 minutes. Carve as you prefer. Enjoy, as it is one of the most moist and flavorful turkeys you will ever eat. NOTE: If you want to brine your turkey before cooking, that's fine, too.
