Steps:
- Directions: Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a pan (and a bit extra) and drop in 1/4" thick piece of tofu. Cook on medium/medium-high for five minutes or until golden brown. In the meantime, mix plum sauce and wasabi mustard together until desired flavor occurs. Spread on the bread. It should be time to flip your tofu, do so carefully. Its wet with juice/water and its in oil, don't kill yourself or start an oil fire. Cut up mushrooms, green onion and bok choy and place on bread. When tofu is golden on the other side, let it drip for a few minutes or press out the excess oil, then add to sandwich and eat.
