my husband had this in a restaurant so when he told me about it, i tried it on my own....wonderful 'finger food' for parties. with the holiday season can make ahead and microwave when ready.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 - bag frozen mini ravioli
2 - eggs
1/4 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) italian flavored bread crumbs
- oil for frying

Steps:

  • HEAT ABOUT 1/2 INCH OF OIL TILL HOT.
  • MIX EGG WITH 1/4 CUP OF MILK. BEAT WELL
  • PLACE BREADCRUMBS IN SEPARATE BOWL.
  • WHILE STILL FROZEN ,DIP RAVIOLI IN EGG, THEN IN BREADCRUMBS. PUT IN HOT OIL, BROWN, AFTER ABOUT TWO MINUTES, TURN OVER TO BROWN OTHER SIDE.
  • PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN. EAT. ENJOY....MARINARA SAUCE IS GREAT FOR DIPPING!
