Steps:
- 1. Mix together flour and cornmeal. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- 2. dredge okra in beaten eggs and milk, then dredge in flour-cornmeal mixture.
- 3. Place okra in deep hot oil and fry on medium-high heat until golden brown. Stir occasionally so all sides get browned.
- 4. Drain on a wire rack or paper towel. Sprinkle with just a small pinch more of salt.
