Baby artichokes
Greek yogurt, 32 oz
Sage, rosemary, thyme
Mayo 1/2 cup

Steps:

  • peel off18 leaves, cut leaf in half and artichokes in half. Cover with olive oil. Add thyme sprigs and garlic cloves ~5. Simmer for 15 minutes. Increase heat to high for 2 minutes. Must be turned. S&P Should be crispy on the outside and creamy inside. Add to yogurt:: 4 t chopped sage, rosemary and thyme. 1/2 cup mayo, S&P, garlic powder
