Steps:
- on a 12' round pizza pan lay out crescent rolls. Pinch sems together. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Let cool. In a bowl combine cream cheese, mayo, dill, minced onion. Spread over cool crust. Combine green onions & fresh veggies such as broccoli, olives, celery caulflower, ect. Sprinkle on top to completely cover. Garnish with shredder carrots.
