Fresh Strawberry Vinegarette image

This is a tasty way to enter spring or summer... last summer I was at my sister's house and she wanted to have a nice salad with there pasta meal, so I just came up with this. My sister liked it so much that she asked for the recipe... there was enough for more salads. Plus it keeps real well. I hope everyone enjoys it..

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 bunch(es) strawberries (fresh)
1/4 cup cup(s) white vinegar
1/8 cup cup(s) white balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil, extra virgin
4 small sage leaves, fresh chopped
2 pinch(es) truffles sea salt
2 teaspoon(s) honey
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice concentrate
1 teaspoon(s) herbes de provence

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a Food processor. Burst pulse a few seconds then stir with spatula, pulse again, 3 x. Chill for an hour before serving.
  • Be sure all fresh ingredients are washed thoroughly.
  • You can purchase herbes de province from Trader Joe's, or Penzy's
