Fresh Peach Salsa image

2 cups chopped fresh or frozen (thawed) peaches
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
2 to 4 tablespoons grapefruit juice
4 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
Dash of salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
