This is a really old recipe, I've made it my own, it will make enough sauce to do at least five pounds of fruit, almost any fruit can be used, raspberries are delicious, but stir them in at the end, because they collapse quickly. To do this dressing, you must know how to make mayonnaise, it is not hard though, once you understand the process, do not hesitate from making all the dressing, the remainder of it will set up for a week in the fridge, and the fruit salad always gets eaten, just make sure to have people around, or dress the fruit in batches, because it should not sit for more than 15 minutes before serving.
