FRENCH ONION POTATO BAKE
A new, easy kind of potato bake. A great recipe for friends and family. Also perfect comfort food for winter.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Peel the potatoes. Then, using a mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes and arrange in a microwave/oven safe dish. Cover with cling film.
- Place in microwave on high, until potatoes are just cooked, 7 minutes on average. Meanwhile, mix together French Onion Soup mix and cream.
- When potatoes are ready, pour cream mixture over potatoes, then sprinkle over cheese.
- Place in oven until cheese is melted.
