I love the French Onion Flavor This is a combination of 2 recipes. Hubby requested it be made again!

Steps:
- Cook chicken and shred. Set aside. In a large pot, melt butter on med/high heat, then add in onions. Cook onions until brown and Golden- Carnalized slightly . Add in Garlic powdercream of mushroom soup, and Lipton onion soup mix.
- Add in flour. stir and cook out flour. Pour in 1 cup chicken stock. and stir until thickened some.
- Secure a 13x9 pan. Grease with cookng spray. Layer bottom with shredded chicken, then evenly sprinkle dry rice over chicken.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour over onion mixture slowly and evenly. Slowly add 2 more cups of chicken stock. Do not stir. Sprinkle more Cheese evenly.
- Bake 45 min. , or until rice is absorbed by liquid. It should be golden and Bubbly too!
- Serve with fresh vegetables or salad
