Steps:
- Put all ingredients in the crock-pot.
- Cook it on low for 8 hours. About an hour before you eat, just break up the meat into bite size shreds.
- Make the sandwiches with the rolls and provolone then put them under the broiler for a couple minutes to get the bread crispy and the cheese melty. Use the juice left in your crock-pot as au jus to dip the sandwich in.
