French Dip Crock-Pot Sandwiches image

1 can beef broth
1 can hot water
1 packet au jus mix
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
3-4 pound roast
Bakery Rolls
Provolone cheese slices

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in the crock-pot.
  • Cook it on low for 8 hours. About an hour before you eat, just break up the meat into bite size shreds.
  • Make the sandwiches with the rolls and provolone then put them under the broiler for a couple minutes to get the bread crispy and the cheese melty. Use the juice left in your crock-pot as au jus to dip the sandwich in.
